The same planning rhythm I used in the Army, adapted for your business. Predictable, transparent, and built so you own the result when it’s done.
Every engagement follows the same disciplined path. Here is the whole thing at a glance.

Thirty minutes, free, no pitch deck. You tell me what you’re working on and where it’s stuck. I tell you straight whether I’m the right person to help, what the engagement would realistically look like, and roughly what it would take. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so and point you toward who is. You leave the call with a clearer read on your problem either way.
We agree on the service, the scope, the timeline, and the price up front. You get a written engagement letter that spells out exactly what I’ll deliver and what I won’t, so there are no surprises later. Nothing starts until it’s signed. This is also where we set the decision points and who owns them, so the work stays on rails once it begins.
This is the intensive work, and it’s where most of the value is built. I read how your organization actually operates, not how the org chart says it does, and I isolate the real problem underneath the symptom you came in with. I keep this phase to roughly the first third of the timeline on purpose, so there’s runway left for you to act on what I find. Everything downstream is built on this foundation.
You get genuinely different strategic options, not the same idea at three price points. Each one is war-gamed against realistic scenarios, competitive pressure, internal resistance, a key person leaving, so you can see how it behaves before you commit. I give you my recommendation and the reasoning behind it, but the decision is yours. Because I move fast on the analysis, your team has time to pressure-test the call and commit to it fully.
The selected plan, the PACE backups, the governance, and the measurement framework, all packaged so your team can run it without me in the room. This is the deliverable: a documented plan with the decisions, contingencies, and roadmap laid out, not a verbal debrief that evaporates when the meeting ends. The handoff is built to be complete, so your team has everything they need and no reason to come back with gaps.
At the end, we sit down and do a real After Action Review: what was planned, what actually happened, why the gaps opened, and what to sustain or change. This is the same discipline the military uses to turn every operation into the next one’s advantage. You keep the framework, so your team can run its own reviews long after the engagement closes and keep the plan from going stale.
It is a principle I carried over from the military: deliver the plan early so there is real runway to rehearse it, stress-test it, and lock in commitment before execution. I work fast and decisively on the analysis so the plan lands while there is still time to make it your team’s own. A plan nobody has internalized is just an expensive document. This way it actually gets used, and you are never the bottleneck.
Step one is a free 30-minute call. No obligation, no pitch deck.
